Established patients may schedule an appointment by calling 210-216-0015.  If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please give a 24-hour notice; otherwise, the full fee will be assessed.  

In the event of a mental health emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

HOURS

River North Anxiety is open Monday - Friday from 8:00 - 5:00, by appointment only.  

After hours phone calls will be returned by 5:00 p.m. on the next business day.

LOCATION

River North Anxiety is located just a block off Broadway, two blocks south of the San Antonio Museum of Art.  Onsite and nearby street parking are free.

Requesting Your Health Care Records

You have the right to request a copy of your mental health records.

To request your records, please submit a written request to your treating clinician or to the practice directly. Requests must be made in writing. Records will be provided in accordance with Texas law and applicable privacy regulations.
