Biography
Dr. Kristin Eisenhauer is a licensed psychologist in Texas. Prior to opening River North Anxiety, she worked at Trinity University for 13 years and the University of Hawaii for 2 years, where she conducted psychotherapy and taught classes.
Dr. Eisenhauer earned her M.A. and Ph.D. in counseling psychology from the University of Akron and her B.A. from Kenyon College. She is a graduate of the International OCD Foundation's Behavior Therapy Training Institute and the TLC Foundation for Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors Professional Training Institute. She has also completed specialized training in Cognitive Therapy for anxiety disorders at the Beck Institute in Philadelphia.
Dr. Eisenhauer has presented programs and workshops at conferences across the country and has published articles in peer-reviewed journals. She has also served her profession as an oral examiner for the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists.
